Getting started

Install

• macOS: open the .dmg and drag SELEKTOR into Applications.
• Windows: run selektor-setup-windows-x86_64.exe.
• Linux: unpack selektor-linux-x86_64.tar.gz and run ./selektor.

All three builds are available on the download page.

Activate

On first launch the app shows an activation screen. Paste the license key from your purchase email and press ACTIVATE. See License for details.

Open a folder

Press OPEN FOLDER (or O) to open the folder browser, pick the folder with your music and confirm with USE THIS FOLDER. Subfolders are scanned. You can also drag a folder onto the window at any time; it does the same thing.

Supported formats

MP3, AAC, FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, OGG.

Session

The session (selection, cues, sort and filter state) persists between launches. It resets only when you open a different folder.
