What we collect

• Email address and transaction id, so we can issue your license key, send it to you, and resend it on request.
• Partner code and UTM tags, if you arrived through a partner link or a campaign link, so the partner can be credited (attribution only).
• Technical logs kept by Cloudflare for the website and its API, such as request paths and error records.

We do not collect your name, address or payment details. Those are handled by Paddle at checkout.

Who processes it

• Paddle (Paddle.com): payment processing, invoicing and taxes, as our Merchant of Record.
• Cloudflare: hosting of the website, its functions and the database that stores license records.
• Resend: delivery of license emails.

Cookies

The website sets two cookies and nothing else:

• sk_ref: the partner code from a ?ref= link, kept for 30 days.
• sk_utm: campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) from the link you arrived with.

There is no analytics script and no advertising tracker on this site.

The application

The application does not send any data about you. The only network access is the optional lookup of missing tags (artist, genre, year) on MusicBrainz, which sends the track title and artist. License activation works offline.

Your rights

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email support@selektor.cc. Note that deleting your email address also removes the ability to restore your license key.
