These terms apply to the purchase and use of SELEKTOR ("the software"), sold by apostaat (TBD) through https://selektor.cc.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The price is shown in USD. Local taxes may be added at checkout. The purchase is a one-time payment; there is no subscription.

License

On purchase you receive a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive license to install and use the software on computers you own or control, for your own use. The license covers all 0.x and 1.x versions of the software.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent or lend the license key, publish it, or share it with anyone outside your household. You may not reverse-engineer the license mechanism or distribute the software.

Refunds and revocation

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as set out in the refund policy. When a refund is issued, or when a payment is charged back, the license key is revoked: downloads and key restoration stop working for that key.

Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, apostaat is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published at this address.
