Cues

Automatic cues

Each track is split automatically into 4 to 6 cues at spectral changes. The cue boundaries are drawn on the waveform with a number handle.

Moving boundaries

Drag a boundary by its number handle on the waveform to move it.

Previewing

Hold 1 to 9 to preview the matching cue. Release the key and playback resets to 0:00.

Adding and removing

• C sets a cue at the current position.
• Shift+C removes the nearest cue.

Cues are carried into the output: the FINISH step writes them as cue points in Rekordbox XML and as Serato markers. See Finish.
